Drop-in sessions and courses.
In the past years Lucia facilitated online and in-person drop-in mindfulness and meditation sessions for e.g. international Warner Media staff and the Royal Free Trust. She also leads in-person drop-ins for The_Space in Clapham, London. Check the schedule here.
For example: in August 2020 Lucia facilitated an hour workshop on a team day for staff members of the Beazley Group. Members from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean participated individually in a guided mindful walk, preceded by a short introductory meditation.
Writing for well-being sessions
Lucia works with organisations facilitating reflective writing to bond as a team and connect more deeply with collective and individual inspiration and motivation. She has for instance done a number of workshops with Karuna Trust staff. Email for more info.
A session or a series of one-to-one sessions via Zoom. Especially suitable for those who have been practising meditation and mindfulness on their own for a while and would like more focus, depth and direction in their practice. Meditating on your own is wonderful, but meditation can become so much more effective with some tailor-made input and direction.
