Meditation and Mindfulness drop-ins. As a lot of people have been working from home, a weekly drop-in session is a chance for colleagues to connect on a different level and to promote their wellbeing. During the pandemic Lucia facilitated online drop-in sessions for international Warner Media staff through the Health Enhancement Company. She is also regularly leading online sessions for the Royal Free Trust.

Mindfulness & Wellbeing sessions for staff.
For example: in August 2020 Lucia facilitated an hour workshop on a team day for staff members of the Beazley Group. Members from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean participated individually in a guided mindful walk, preceded by a short introductory meditation. Contact me to discuss options.

Writing for wellbeing sessions
Lucia leads an online monthly reflective writing group. She also works with organisations: facilitating reflective writing to bond as a team and connect more deeply with collective and individual inspiration and motivation. Email for more info.

Meditation and/or mindfulness courses:
A standard or bespoke programme offering a systematic approach to meditation and/or mindfulness, e.g five or six weekly sessions introducing staff to various practices. For example: from 2019 Lucia has been regularly facilitating both in-person and online mindfulness courses for Royal Free Trust staff.

Meditation mentoring:  A session or a series of one-to-one sessions via Zoom. Especially suitable for those who have been practising meditation and mindfulness on their own for a while and would like more focus, depth and direction in their practice. Meditating on your own is wonderful, but meditation can become so much more effective with some tailor-made input and direction,
