Since last year September we have successfully been offering online mindfulness sessions on Wednesday evenings, with occasional breaks in between series.
There is a small group of regulars attending the sessions, but of course there is space for many more.
We have the following structure on these evenings:
a short presentation, followed by a guided meditation of twenty minutes. Then there is some space for interaction, comments, questions, followed by a short guided meditation at the end.
We have planned more sessions on the following Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm.
